- Flour 1 cup
- Baking Powder a pinch
- Green cardamom Powder half tsp heaved
Ingredients for sugar syrup:
- Mix flour and baking powder form into a dough adding little water. Make into small balls then roll into small puris smaller than a saucer size. With a sharp knife make cuts right through in between puris. Then roll along the cuts and pinch both the corner sides. Cut the corner edges slightly and deep fry to light golden. Make thick sugar syrup. Dip gojers in syrup and serve immediately.
